a)Well,pursing a career in the gaming industry in Singapore is fine with me.As technologhy these days in Singapore is getting more advanced than before.We have games such as wii and the DS that most people find it very entertaining in their lives or even very important to them.People in the gaming industry may earn alot of money in this case but in this case we are talking about Jason Chionh.He personally loves his profession in the gaming industry and in my opinion,certainly not baecause of the amount of money earned but purely because of the joy he experienced in his job.Maybe even without people like Jason,those high-technologhy games would not be produced as successfully.Generally,I think Jason's job is acceptable but still if i were him,i would rather have another opnion in mind.

b)In the article,it said that Jason has failed many times getting a proper job in the gaming industry and had hard times trying to get his family to accept his profession but he did not give up.If not for the determination and perservance in Jason,i don't think he would be able to succeed.He continued to purse his passion without fail and finally was able to get a proper job in the gaming industry.
